Our group purchasing organization, Primary Health Purchasing Alliance, amplifies the buying power of IPHCA members and connects vendors to a thriving customer base. This mission-driven alliance provides members with group rates on medical and dental supplies, payroll processing, patient communications, pharmaceuticals and more.

IPHCA’s Primary Health Purchasing Alliance (PHPA) is an arrangement that leverages the purchasing power of IPHCA members, allowing them to save money on products and services they already use. IPHCA members can access products and services from affiliated vendors at no cost and with no volume requirements or limitations.

GSK Physician Buying Group (PBG) provides IPHCA members with GSK’s lowest vaccine discount possible on today’s market. Participation in IPHCA GSK PBG is completely voluntary.  Members must comply by ordering GSK vaccine when available. The Center must purchase from all three vaccine groups:  pediatric, adolescent and adult. Members have the opportunity for an up-front 2% discount for prompt pay.  Prompt pay occurs when a member pays their GSK invoice within 60 days.  Vaccines purchased under this agreement shall be for the health center’s “own use”; only current health center patients are eligible.
