In 2025, IPHCA is partnering with IHA to pass The Illinois Patient Access to 340B Pharmacy Protection Act (HB2371 Senate Amendment 2) and put an end to harmful pharmaceutical manufacturer restrictions on the distribution of lifesaving medication at local contract pharmacies.
