Get answers to these critical questions and more at IABH's Privacy Practices for Providers training. The first of three trainings offered will be Wednesday, March 25 in Springfield.

These 1/2 day trainings will provide an overview of current statutory and regulatory confidentiality, privacy, and security requirements for behavioral healthcare providers and professionals. The training will address HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and the Illinois Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act.

Trainings will be presented by Gerald (Jud) E. DeLoss, IABH General Counsel and Partner at Gozdecki Del Giudice Americus Farkas & Brocato, LLP.

The training will be repeated in Mt. Vernon on July 7th and Palos Hills on August 6th. Registration is $30, which covers all training materials and 3.5 CEU hours.
