IPHCA Institute for Learning
500 S. Ninth St. - Springfield, Illinois
Every health center must complete an Operational Site Visit (OSV) with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for continued funding. But, what are the ingredients for a successful OSV? What can your health center do – before, during and after – the visit to minimize the number of “unmet” requirements? In this unique IPHCA training, participants will learn how to set the tone for a positive review and be better prepared to have NO program conditions on their 330 grant NOA at the conclusion of the OSV process.
HRSA consultant, Valerie Butt, will educate participants on the intricacies of the 19 HRSA Program Requirements, providing guidance on how to successfully meet those requirements during the OSV process and also offer tips and best practices from the first-hand perspective of an experienced HRSA site reviewer. The information provided in this training will go far beyond any of the printed guidelines. Participants will also hear from a panel of CHC leaders who will share their experiences with the OSV process, providing their own list of challenges faced andsuccesses.
Block your calendars now to attend this one-of-a-kind training and learn tools to ensure a successful HRSA Operational Site Visit at your health center!
