The Community Board Member (CBM) Online Learning Center is an IPHCA member service that features a series of web-based trainings designed to help the board members of Illinois Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and FQHC “Look-Alikes” gain knowledge and expertise about their duties, expectations and accountabilities as members of the board of directors. The CBM Online Learning Center is a resource available to IPHCA members only.  A registration fee of $500 includes unlimited access to the entire series for all board members of the subscribing health center for one year.
