IPHCA provides maps portraying shortage designations and CHC sites within selected geographic areas to members by request for use in grant applications and advocacy. In addition, a standard set of maps for Chicago, Cook County and the remainder of the state which illustrate the location of IPHCA member sites are produced annually for meetings with members of Congress in Washington, D.C. These maps and a link to the HRSA Geospatial Data Warehouse are made available here as well.
