Community Health Centers Oral Health Survey (members only)
The Oral Health Survey (conducted in August 2008) includes data about the oral health services provided and populations served by member organizations that provide dental services. In addition, the report includes data on dental clinic operations, barriers to providing oral health care and barriers that impede expansion of oral health care.

This report of the oral health survey (2008) includes data about the oral health services provided and populations served by safety net dental clinics in Illinois. In addition, the report includes data on dental clinic operations, barriers to providing oral health care and barriers that impede expansion of oral health care.

Emergency Preparedness Needs Assessment Survey (members only)
The Emergency Preparedness Needs Assessment Survey (conducted Fall 2008) guages the level of preparedness that exists among community health centers (CHCs). The key findings include results around the following topics: emergency planning, biological/chemical terrorism, pandemic flu preparation, personal protective equipment, facility-specific infromation, communication back-up systems, staff and training, and outside resources. IT Technology Survey (members only)
The IT technology survey provides information on the application software, vendors, and implementation status as well as IT contact information for IPHCA members. This survey was sent out in April of 2009.

Mid-level Salary Survey (members only)
The Mid-level Salary Survey (last updated in December 2008) provides salary information for physician assistants and nurse practitioners. This report provides salary ranges and averages by region to assist health centers in constructing competitive compensation plans for mid-level clinicians. 2009 EHR Status Survey (members Only)
The EHR Status Survey was sent to all IPHCA members in April 2009. The results show the current status of EHR implementation for 29 members, organized by the level of implementation: none, partial and full. This report includes milestone dates, funding sources, ranking of obstacles and other critical information.

Economic Engine Report 2005 - 2008
The Economic Engine Report is a summary of the direct economic impact that health center revenues, expenditures and payroll have on the state of Illinois. In addition to the “traditional” health care model, community health centers in Illinois provide training and employment opportunities for significant numbers of local residents, creating a foundation for local economic investment and stability. The economic impact is analyzed using MIG, Inc. Implan Software.

Financial Benchmark Report FY 2005 to FY 2009 (Members Only)
IPHCA prepares a periodic Financial Benchmark Report that contains financial ratio analysis from the annual financial audits of its member community health centers (CHCs). The ratios to be analyzed are determined by the membership and the trend analysis looks at trends experienced by CHCs over the previous five years.

IHC Provider Profile Summary (Participants Only)
April 1, 2008 - March 31, 2009
The Illinois Health Connect (IHC) Provider Profile Summary analyzes the aggregate Illinois FQHC performance against the Quality of Care Indicators for the enrolled patients. To participate in future analysis, please sign the data release letter to HFS and return it to Susan Gaines via fax at (217) 541-7410. IHC reports and IPHCA analysis are generated twice a year (approximately every 6 months), with the full calendar year report serving as a basis for bonus payment calculations.
