Immunization Toolkit

IPHCA, with support from Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), developed a comprehensive resource to promote immunization coverage among community health centers. Immunization toolkit has been compiled to include guidelines from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and IDPH, and categorized into recommendations and resources around inventory management, catching missed opportunities, I-CARE, and policies and procedures. In addition, promising practices from three health centers have been featured: Esperanza Health Centers, Shawnee Health Center and Whiteside County Health Department.
