The Finance & Personnel Committee oversees the policies and procedures, as well as the financial and budgetary decisions, of the accounting/finance department of the Association. This committee also reviews and makes recommendations concerning Association personnel policies and procedures, position descriptions, organizational charts, policies and procedures for employee salary and performance appraisal administration, and employee benefits.
