Executive Compensation Committee

The Executive Compensation Committee is charged with establishing an executive compensation philosophy. In addition, the committee recommends, to the IPHCA Executive Committee, total compensation (salary, incentive, benefit) levels for IPHCA’s president & chief executive officer.
