CQuest America Inc.:  Commonly referred to as IPHCA’s “sister company”, CQuest America Inc. evolved out of IPHCA’s growing partnership with IDHS.  What began in 1994 as a handful of staff dedicated to the Cornerstone project grew to a full-fledged fleet of experienced individuals providing contractual services for the support of Cornerstone. Recognizing the potential marketable services this group of staff could provide, the leaders of IPHCA decided to separate its business operations from its trade association activities. The result was the formation of CQuest America Inc.
