Organizational Membership
Organizational membership is available to any entity that is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) - both those that receive Section 330 federal federal funding through primary care, homeless, migrant or public housing grants and those that are designed as FQHC "look-alikes."

Organizational Membership Benefits:
- Legislative Advocacy — Representation, advocacy and collective action with federal, state, city and local governmental officials.
- Voting Privileges — Eligible to vote on certain matters through the Assembly of Delegates.
- Management & Support — Assistance in securing new funding sources, including consultation, advice and other technical assistance regarding issues relating to CHC establishment, expansion and operation.
- Leadership & Networking — Eligible for leadership and participation on IPHCA committees, as well as opportunities for mutual problem-solving of administrative and clinical issues.
- Group Purchasing — Eligible to participate in the group purchasing organization - Primary Health Purchasing Alliance.
- Education & Training — Discounts for educational and training events.
- Clinician Recruitment & Workforce Development Services — Recruitment and placement of professional clinical staff in health centers, available at no cost to Organizational members.
- Community Access —Access to related national, statewide and local organizations and agencies.
- Information— Entitled to receive all regular Association publications, as well as special Association reports, studies, surveys, etc.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
Associate membership is available to any organization, agency, foundation or association that supports IPHCA’s purpose and goals and is not otherwise eligible for Organizational or Network membership.
Associate Membership Benefits:
- Management & Support — Consultation and other technical assistance services related to securing new funding sources.
- Networking Opportunities — Eligible to attend meetings and take advantage of mutual problem-solving of administrative and clinical issues.
- Group Purchasing — Eligible to participate in the group purchasing organization - Primary Health Purchasing Alliance.
- Education & Training — Discounts for educational and training events.
- Clinician Recruitment & Workforce Development Services — Recruitment and placement of professional clinical staff in health centers, available at no cost to Associate members.
- Community Access —Access to related national, statewide and local organizations and agencies.

BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
Business membership is available to any entity which transacts business with any entity which would qualify for Organizational membership, and which supports IPHCA’s purpose and goals.
- Networking Opportunities — Network and foster relationships with potential or current customers through IPHCA website and articles in IPHCA’s Health SourceTM.
- Education & Training — Discounts for educational and training events.
- Exhibiting Opportunities — Discounted exhibitor rates at all IPHCA conferences.
- Information — Eligible to receive regular Association publications.
Coalition membership is available to any community or state-based organization that has a formal partnership with the Association. The organization must support IPHCA’s purposes and goals and not otherwise be eligible for Organizational or Network membership.

Network membership is available to any integrated service network that receives or has received funding from the federal Health Resources and Services Administration Integrated Services Development Initiative (ISDI) or Shared Integrated Management Information Systems (SIMIS) programs.
